PureAir System Filters
The heart of any ambient air dust collection system is the filters. When properly installed, maintained, and replaced at proper intervals, these high quality filters will keep the PureAir System running at peak efficiency. The first 2 filters strain out larger particles to allow the Third Stage to work most effectively. Third Stage will filter out particles down to 1/2 micron at an efficiency of up to 98%. USA
Based on 2000 hrs of use per year the filters should be changed at the following intervals:
First Stage (Blue) – Replace every 3-4 months. Filter life can be extended with gentle periodic cleanings with a shop vacuum or blower.
Second Stage (Green) – Replace every 3-4 months. Filter life can be extended with gentle periodic cleanings with a shop vacuum or blower.
Third Stage (Pink/White) – Replace every 3-4 months. Filter life can be extended with gentle periodic cleanings. This high efficiency filter should only be shaken out. Use of shop vacuum or blower can puncture or tear the filter.
